Teaching Philosophy

My teaching philosophy is centered on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where every student feels valued and confident to learn. I believe that teaching should encourage understanding, critical thinking, and practical application rather than rote memorization. By using clear explanations, interactive activities, and appropriate technology, I aim to make learning meaningful and enjoyable. I respect individual differences among students and adapt my teaching methods to meet their needs.
