I respect individual differences among students and adapt my teaching methods to meet their needs. Academic activities such as quizzes, debates, exhibitions, and science fairs encourage critical thinking and creativity. Cultural events like Annual Day, Independence Day, Republic Day, and Teachers’ Day celebrations provide opportunities for students to showcase their talents in music, dance, drama, and speech.
